Douglas James Cottrell

Bio: Although best known as a trance clairvoyant (or psychic), Douglas James Cottrell, Ph.D. is also a spiritual healer, teacher and published author, with a doctorate in Therapeutic Counseling. Douglas demonstrates many abilities studied by Noetic Sciences, including : telepathy, telekinesis, remote viewing, prediction and prophecy. He is one of a select few able to demonstrate all of these abilities, and even fewer who are considered a reliable information source. Douglas's Deep Trance Meditation (DTM) style is often compared to that of Edgar Cayce, one of the most documented medical intuitives of the Twentieth Century. Douglas has been variously called a mystic, seer, and 'the last of the sleeping prophets' (in the vein of Edgar Cayce, Ross Peterson, and Paul Solomon). Douglas has counselled people the world over, from all walks of life, including doctors, researchers, judges, CEOs, politicians, teachers, writers, producers, artists, members of the clergy, members of the military, law enforcement personnel, and even those in the entertainment industry. His mystical studies have taken him to schools, churches, temples, ashrams and sacred sites in Europe and India and throughout North America. He has studied the major religions of the world, as well as the ancient mystical societies such as the Freemasons and the Rosicrucians. Douglas is the founder of Many Mansions Spiritual Centre in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, which is an international interfaith community devoted to the advancement of the spiritual-metaphysical teachings of the Christ consciousness and the Divine within. He spends his time teaching at this facility, as well as traveling the world to give lectures and demonstrations. Douglas has been a regular contributor to a number of periodical publications, including Body, Mind, Spirit. He is the author of Secrets of Life and The New Renaissance (among other titles).
